In this file you can see the typical configurations for a system of database publishing.
It is important to underline that this system easily adjusts to every single company situation.
Workstation system
Typical configuration for one user. This is the basic system to run an database publishing program. The software, data and images are all contained within a single computer. The data can be acquired by the information system adopted by the user (systems based on Oracle, SOLServer, etc…),or by database like Access, or also by systems originally devised with a target different from data management, such as Excel.

This configuration is fit for those companies where a great number of users have access to the system and where the number of publications and creation frequency is particularly high. Programs, publishing automation projects, images and data are within the server. The user can choose the software typology to be used and is also able to launch batch processings that will be run according to set priorities.

This configuration is fit for those companies where users get access to the system through Internet (or company Intranet)
The programs, projects of publishing automation and images are within the Server. The data can be within the Server or can be supplied when the publication is requested. Therefore, the user can choose the publication and the data to be published through a normal browser. The system receives the request, it processes it and goes back to the user that requested a copy of the laid-out page in PDF format.
